Sponsor products and get extra profiling

As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity for extra profiling by sponsoring products for various events. Get an overview of the areas and activities, you can sponsor your products to, here below.

If you sponsor products and wish surplus goods to be returned to you after the fair, your products must be collected right after the fair's closing time. We are unable to return excess items.

Press Center

The fair’s Press Center is located at Entrance West. The area is used by partners, speakers, journalists, photographers, etc.
For this area, we are looking for light snacks (individually wrapped), sweets, and beverages (non-alcoholic). We will present your products and ensure that flyers and other material about your products are available to VIP guests and members of the press.

Boble Bar

In the middle of Hall E, there will be a Boble  Bar.

At the Boble Bar visitors to the fair are invited to stop by, take a break, and enjoy a glass of non-alcoholic sparkling beverages.
We are looking for non-alcoholic sparkling drinks, which will be served by MCH staff. It will be possible to brief the serving staff on what they may need to explain, and it is also possible to include a small flyer about the sponsored product.

For the fair’s specially invited guests, such as influencers and partners, we are looking for exclusive products for 50 gift baskets.
