Sponsor products and get extra profiling

As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity for extra profiling by sponsoring products for various events. Get an overview of the areas and activities, you can sponsor your products to, here below.

If you sponsor products and wish surplus goods to be returned to you after the fair, your products must be collected right after the fair's closing time. We are unable to return excess items.

Press Centre

The trade fair’s Press Centre is located at the West Entrance and is used by partners, speakers, journalists, and photographers.

We are looking for:

• Light snacks (individually wrapped)
• Sweet treats
• Beverages (non-alcoholic)

Your products will be presented, and flyers or other product-related materials will be available to VIP guests and members of the press.
 

After Hours Bar 

At Foodexpo 2026, we welcome both visitors and exhibitors to an after-work bar on Sunday and Monday afternoon/evening.

We are looking for exciting beverages that can help create a cosy and flavourful experience.

Minimum quantity: 100 units

 

Bubble Bar 

In the centre of Hall E, you will find the Sparkling Bar, where visitors are invited to enjoy a glass of non-alcoholic sparkling beverages and take a break.

We are looking for:

• Non-alcoholic sparkling beverages

The products will be served by MCH staff. It will be possible to brief the staff about the product and include a small flyer.

 

Gift Baskets

For specially invited guests, such as influencers and partners, we are looking for exclusive products for 50 gift baskets.

 

Goodie Bags

As an exhibitor, you have a great opportunity to increase the visibility of your brand by sponsoring products for our influencer event, where we will be distributing 25 goodie bags to specially invited guests.
Product sponsorship provides direct exposure to relevant influencers, who may share their experience with their followers before, during, and after the event.

All sponsored items must be sent to the above address and clearly labelled to ensure they are delivered to the correct activities and responsible parties at the trade fair.
If you wish to have surplus items returned after the fair, they must be collected immediately after the fair closes. Unfortunately, we are unable to return items by post.
